RYV meetings normally take place every two weeks on a Wednesday. An agenda is set down before the meeting of points to be raised and discussed. Also time is left at the end for any last-minute points.

Guests are welcome to attend RYV meetings as often as they wish but cannot vote and enjoy other member privileges until the complete a membership form.
